Privacy Policy.

Short version: we keep what you send us in our admin inbox, we use it to answer you and schedule flights, and we do not sell it, share it, or run tracking pixels against you.

Section 1What we collect

When you call us, email us, or book a discovery flight, you give us some or all of the following:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Aircraft information you share with us about your goals (current ratings, target ratings, hours logged)
• Booking and scheduling details (preferred date and time, lesson cadence)

That is the full list. We do not ask for, and we have no use for, government IDs, financial account numbers, social security numbers, or biometric data on this site.

Section 2How we use it

We use what you send us to:

• Respond to your inquiry, by phone or email, the same way you contacted us
• Schedule a discovery flight, a lesson, or a program enrollment
• Follow up after a flight, confirm the next one, or close the loop on a quote

That is the entire scope. If something else comes up, we will tell you what we want to do with the information before we do it.

Section 3What we do not do

• We do not sell your information. Ever. To anyone.
• We do not share it with third-party marketers, data brokers, or "partners."
• We do not set advertising cookies or run tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads remarketing, etc.).
• We do not build behavioral profiles on visitors.

The only tools that touch this site are the ones needed to keep it online and secure. Basic server logs from our hosting provider, used to investigate abuse and downtime, nothing more.

Section 4Email handling

Email you send to admin@alphacompanyaviation.com lives in our admin inbox. We keep it as long as we have a working relationship with you, and for a reasonable window after that in case you come back. If you would like us to delete an old thread, ask, and we will.

Section 5Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Send you a copy of the information we have about you
• Correct anything we have wrong
• Delete what we have

Section 6Children under 13

This site and our flight training services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors online. Discovery flight bookings for minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the contact information and signs the standard release at the airport on the day of the flight. If a parent becomes aware that a minor has sent us information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Section 7Updates to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and bump the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for a reasonable window. The current version is always at this URL.
